Triplicity Terms and Conditions
1. Purchased tickets cannot be refunded with the exception of the event being cancelled.. By Purchasing a Triplicity ticket you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.
2. Ticket sales will close 00.00 (Midnight) on Tuesday 14th June 2016.
3. You can change the name on a purchased ticket once only. You must notify us via email if you sell your ticket. We cannot change the name on a ticket after 00.00 (Midnight) on Monday 16th May 2016.
4. We do not allow children on site without prior agreement or unless we have stated on the event that it will be child friendly.
5. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Unaccompanied persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to buy tickets.
6. Proof of age may be requested at any event where there is a licensed bar.
7. The festival reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists, and to vary the advertised program and timings without being liable to pay compensation.
8. The festival may change the event venue within a 200 mile radius of the original venue up to 1 month before the event
9. All attendees must display a valid event band which will be given to you on entry. Anyone found to not be wearing a band may be asked to leave the site.
10. The festival may refuse admission or eject a ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour.
11. Camping is permitted in designated areas only.
12. All vehicles parked are at owner's own risk. We do not accept any responsibility for losses or damages etc
13. No animals (except guide dogs) are permitted into the festival site.
14. No open fires or naked flames are permitted anywhere on the festival site. . A communal fire area is provided.
15. Ticket holders consent to inclusion in official photographic, visual and audio promotion / recording of the festival.
16. Fireworks, smoke canisters, and other similar articles are not permitted within the festival site.
17. Weapons and/or illegal drugs/substances are not permitted anywhere on the festival site, including car park and campsite etc. YOU MAY BE SEARCHED UPON ENTRY!
18. The sale or possession of Legal Highs is not permitted on the festival site.
19. No alcohol or glass bottles are to bought onto the site.
20. No disposable barbecue's are to be bought onto the site.
21. Exposure to loud music may cause damage to hearing, please bring ear defenders /plugs if you require them.
22. Photographing children under the age of 16 is prohibited without prior consent of the parent or guardian.
23. Access into the festival site is permitted from 12.00 (Midday) Thursday 16th June. Access will not be granted before this time. Music will end at 00.00 (Midnight) Sunday 19th June. You will be required to leave the site by 16.00 on Monday 20th June.
24. No stalls or market sales without permission of the organisers.
25. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the bar area at any time unless accompanied by a parent of guardian.
26. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the bar area after 2100hrs.
27. Triplicity events LTD accepts no responsibility for any damage or delay due to illness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdowns, quarantine, governmental restraints, weather/natural forces, or other causes, beyond their personal control. Triplicity also disclaim any responsibility for personal injury liability or personal liability and/or physical damage arising from acts of negligence of any member of a group or persons attending a Triplicity event. If it becomes necessary to cancel or alter the schedule of events, such alterations or cancellations may be made. Each participant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Triplicity and it's officers,directors, employees and agents from any financial liability or obligation incurred by that individual participant and from any injury or damage to the person or property of others which that participant causes, or contributes to, while participating in a Triplicity Event.
29. Final rules to be agreed in conjunction with the local licensing authorities, environmental health, police and event organisers.
